Has been at Bell Leisure for over 35 years, his knowledge of pool building is second to none. Heading up the company’s sales, offering both new pools and swimming pool renovations, Steve works alongside builders, Architects and Landscapers to make sure every customer has the perfect pool for their home.

The satisfaction I get in in delivering one’s dream or vision to reality is truly a blessing.

Paul McMichael

25 years with Bell Leisure, Paul is passionate about the ongoing servicing and water quality of the swimming pools we regularly care for. With a team of 10 service engineers, he strives for perfection in the level of service we offer, and relishes improving our knowledge of science to improve what we deliver to our customers.

I am extremely lucky to do a job I both love and am passionate about.

Peter Goldsmith

12 years with the company, Peter has progressed from pool technician to technical manager and is now heading up all new swimming pool projects. His keen eye for attention to detail and passion to improve the craftsmanship of our work is propelling our quality even further.

Connor Leeding

Has been with the company 10 years, starting out as a service engineer and worked his way up to one of the Senior Management roles. He is now an integral part of the organisation running the day-to-day operation of the company from purchasing to HR.

I thoroughly enjoy my continued journey here. I have been enabled to develop my skills and I am very excited about the future.

Recently Promoted to the position after 5 years as a service engineer, Adey has seamlessly taken to the role of managing over 1000 swimming pool services every month. His excellent relationship he has built up with customers and staff alike, is the Benchmark with which he sets our sights.

Since taking on the position of Technical Manager, Andrew has continued to forge great relationships with our customers, delivering quicker reaction to breakdowns or faults with their pools. Following in the footsteps of some fantastic Technical Managers we have had here, he has very successfully helped us streamline our operation, backed with a wealth of experience in servicing.
